These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to everyone (“Visitor”) visiting or using the website akilliyem.com (“Site”) operated by Dr Derman İlaç ve Yem Katkıları San. Tic. A.Ş. (“Company”). By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

akilliyem.com is a corporate/promotional site operated for the promotion, content, and informational purposes of Akıllı Yem products. Creating a membership or carrying out direct online sales transactions through the Site is not applicable. The purchase of products, placing orders, and processes related to the sales process are carried out through the independent platform named yemsiparis.com; the terms of use, membership, and sales agreements belonging to this platform are separately located on that platform.

The design, software, logo, brand name, product descriptions, visuals, and all other elements of the Site belong to the Company or third parties holding related rights and are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and other relevant legislation. The Visitor cannot copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these elements for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the Company.

Links on the Site directing to yemsiparis.com, social media accounts, or other third-party platforms are for informational purposes. The Company is not responsible for the content, operation, sales processes, and privacy practices of these third-party platforms; the terms of use and policies of these platforms apply.

The Company shows reasonable care for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information on the Site; however, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, it cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, technical failures, maintenance, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers arising from the use of the Site. Events developing beyond the reasonable control of the Company and unforeseeable such as earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics, wars, acts of terrorism, strikes, legislative changes, infrastructure/internet outages are considered force majeure. In the event of force majeure, the Company shall not be liable for failing to perform its obligations.

Turkish Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes arising from the application or interpretation of these Terms.
